VEGAN SUGAR COCOA ICE CREAM
For the vegan sugar-free cocoa ice cream
250 gr. unsweetened almond milk
200 gr. thick coconut milk (the kind that comes in a can)
150 gr. dates
40 gr. cocoa
1 pinch/s of salt
Ice cream cones
For the vegan sugar-free ice cream we use organic organic products, for regret-free enjoyment.
We first put the dates (pitted) in the almond milk to soak for 30' for the ice cream. Here is my easy recipe for making homemade sugar-free almond milk.
Put them in the blender and grind until the dates melt completely.
Shake the coconut milk in the package to mix properly and add it to the mixture.
We put it in an ice cream machine, so that it is whipped and frozen at the same time, so that it has a fluffier and airier texture at the end.As soon as the mixture takes on the texture of fluffy whipped vegan ice cream, transfer it to a bowl and store it in the freezer or ideally enjoy it as soon as it is made in the ice cream machine, as then it has the most perfect texture.
To serve our vegan ice cream, leave it outside the freezer for 15 minutes because it hardens a lot.
We serve this healthy vegan ice cream ideally in cones or cups to enjoy it with our loved ones.
