Components

250 Lurpak butter
400 gr. condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa
200 gr. blanket
450 gr. pti-ber type cookies
60 gr. cognac
80 gr. walnuts
1 pinch of salt
 

 
Execution Method

Place a saucepan on medium heat.
Add the butter, sweetened milk, vanilla, cocoa and mix with a hand whisk.
 Leave until the butter melts.
Remove from the heat and add the couverture cut into pieces.
 Allow 20 seconds for the topping to begin to melt, then stir until completely melted. 
We leave aside.
 Put the biscuits in a bowl, sprinkle with cognac and add the salt and walnuts.
Mix by pressing lightly with our hands to break the cookies into large pieces.
Put the chocolate mixture in the bowl with the cookies and mix well.
Spread a piece of parchment paper on our workbench, put the mixture and roll it up.
Wrap the whole roll with film and press the edges well like candy to give a uniform shape.
Transfer to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to cool well.
Serve with dust and cocoa.
